Poor service

I ordered groceries from Pick n pay IN Musgrave and the meat was smelling I had to throw it aways, sent an email but no one responded, today I bought froma groceries store I did not receive my groceries but the app says it was delivered to my place. Can I please get my refund... Your Service sucks 🤮🤮🤮
