Poor service

So i have been using the Mr delivery app for over 2 years now with the same registered home address. In the space of 6 days I get told when try sign in to order they do not cover my area. The 1st day I email them and they come back saying sorry and they have sorted it out. Tongiht 6h04 I email again with the same problem and within a min I get a reply back they looking into my query with a matter of priority. Almost 2hours later I have had no reply back from them. I had to phone the store order my food and drive out to collect. The fact that this happened twice now within 1 week and both times have logged the query with them it was never resolved and no constructive feedback was given.
