Poor service delivery,poor customer service . Look for alternatives.

A few days ago I made a purchase on Mr D (Pick and Pay). Amongst other things I purchased a bread spread. When it arrived I noticed that it was open even though the seal was still intact. I knew that it had breached safety measurements and thus I couldn't consume it. I contacted Mr D and have been speaking with Niyaaaz,In the first email that I sent to her I explained that my new predicament is that I have to purchase more items before I can utilise the credit due to me. She or he gave me a voucher but I still can't use that voucher unless I spend more which is what I told her or him that I didn't want. I have been a loyal customer to both aforementioned stores for a very long time to be communicating with a customer service agent who doesn't listen. I explained what I didn't want and why but my issue was still not resolved. I am disappointed! No wonder so many people are moving away from these 2. I will be following suite as well.
