Poor service delivery Mr D

Hi everyone. I would like everyone to be aware of Mr D App ,A transection went through from my acc to Mr D without my knowledge and after logging a query with them ,it's been pending since with excuses that they are awaiting finance .it's been more that 5day with no response and I have called them so many time (I have 3 reference number indicating the amount of calls). This is poor service and they have no urgency pertaining customer complain . PLEASE BEWARE OF YOUR CARD TRANSACTION WITH MR D APP.
