Poor service delivery

Placed a pick n pay order with Mr D, was promised a delivery time, half an hour after delivery promise, still no delivery. Took a chance today with them today to see if the disappointments I have experienced in the past with them have been resolved. Poor service delivery is still the norm it seems.
