Poor service

My order never arrived. The driver could hardly speak english, so could not understand what he's saying half the time. I sent him my address twice on whatsapp and he still fail to arrive. He claims he was here but I doubt it, the second time he tried to deliver he claims he was outside but I did not see any delivery bikes outside any of the gates. Very poor service.
