Poor service

Absolutely upset and disappointed with this Service. I ordered food from Julios in Malvern on Saturday, and received off food.

Due to me ordering of the Mr Delivery App, I had to contact them for my refund. Today is already Thursday and I have not been contacted to receive my full refund, and the off food is still lying in my freezer. Countless emails and photos and still have not heard from the Mr Delivery.

Terrible service!
