Poor service by Mr Delivery- Mislead/ wrong order

On Saturday placed an order: DFD*** at Nandos- Rosemead. Not only it took along time as expected but was wrong order. They had no pap and livers and they promised to offer extra livers instead. Again I was mislead. I was for the right order over the phone but was told it is late and all outlets were closed. I had nothing to eat as I had been waiting on my order. A guy by the name of Davies, let me speak to manager to explain my disappointment. She said she would process a refund in few hours. I have asking about my refund and it is 5 days today. When I call Davies am avoided and he does not pick up and or text back. I sent emails and they only gave a R30 voucher which is not my refund. Am waiting for my refund and disappointment they are taking this long. Asked them to speak to driver as he was around and to do a call listening of my promised refund but everything is not interested.
