Poor Service

I recieved the worst service I have ever recieved today from Mr D. So there was a delay with my order which I made around 19:11 and expected delivery was 20:22 from Roman's pizza in rosettenville . 30 min after expected delivery I contacted Mr D so as to find out what the hold up. I was informed there was a delay with the restaurant and that the driver is currently at the store waiting to collect and then he would escalate with them. I contacted Roman's and was informed the driver collected the food a while back. Mind you 2 hours later I still have not received my order. I then contacted Mr D again and was informed by the agent that she can not cancel my order and that I should keep waiting. Close to three hours now and I still have not received my order. I would like to thank Leighton L from Mr D who was patient and was able to finally resolve the matter and process my refund after the back and forth I had to keep doing. I am utterly dissapointed in the service recieved and how the failure of the driver to confirm collection of my food can cause such a delay.
