Poor service
I ordered food on the 23.11.2020. They went offline after I paid for the delivery, I was then told I would be refunded in 5 to 8 working days, it is now the 5.12. 2020, after numerous emails to them and being promised I will be refunded no refund has been done and now no one is answering my emails either.

07 Dec 2020, 19:04Hi. So after numerous emails, and promises that my issue regarding my refund would be resolved, no one has come back to me and no refund has been received, is this the way they rob you of your money. I am so annoyed.
