Poor service

I ordered and paid for 4 items and only received 3, after opening the package and discovering that I had a missing item, I took a picture and reported on the app. An investigation that took 4 days was done and I was told that I wouldn't be compensated because the store checked and marked that they packed 4 items. Why would I lie about an item of R30?
