Poor service and ultimately money loss.

Few weeks ago I ordered some food using Mr Delivery and money was taken immediately as per usual. However for some reason the order was canceled. I was informed I would get a refund with in a few days, this turned to weeks, only to discover they had processed the incorrect refund. Then they eventually got it correct, the details that is, but it is now over a month later and still no refund!!!!!! I have been in service delivery industry for over 28 years and safely say this is poor poor service. So if you ever want to order food and expect to get excellent service, use alternative delivery services to avoid disappointment and loosing money.
