POOR SERVICE AND NO FOOD DELIVERY HENCE THEIR SYSTEM SAYS DELIVERED

Hello Peter

I am writing this with frustration and anger as this is happening for the second time. I ordered food today and the estimation delivery time was 11:39. I waited and nothing came through. At 12:15 when i checking Mr Delivery portal it says the food was delivered. I sent the query until now I still haven't received any feedback from them and we are starving.

The last time i had visitors and after waiting for 2 hours or so they called to tell us that the chicken is finished at KFC and they will credit my ewallet.

Today no phone call, no email response no food NOTHING. I am tired of Mr D and their poor service. I want my money back.

Hold on....so are they hiring delivery employees that are not trustworthy? Where would my food go? I want answers and more importantly my money!
