Poor service and lame excuses

Good day yesterday I mistakenly placed an order using Mr D app, i tried to cancel the order using the app but it said unfortunately I can't cancel the order since the store has began with the preparations the app doesn't cancel orders it doesn't even have a cancel option so I proceed to call the store del ferno to tell them I don't want the order, they said they have began preparations I ddnt even spend a minute to call them but they had already started preparing my meal wow they so quick I then called Mr call center to tell them about how unhappy I am with their service spoke to t Three ladies one of them her name is Lorna she said a order can't be canceled I told her I want my refund since I won't get the food she said she wi cancel the order and speak to her manager, her manager said she wil call after logging a query even now she hasn't called... I don't mind being billed for cancelation but being billed for something i ddnt wat ai nor... I am a bolt driver when a service is not needed the client has the right to cancel and be charged not what you doing it shows you are *********** hope you will do the right thing and refund me i don't want an apology I want my money
