Poor Service and a Delivery that never came

I made an order yesterday for a collection of food from Del Fornos Verdi (Northcliff) and it took over an hour for the driver not to arrive. I received a call from Mr D Food and they promised a voucher for the inconvenience but this never materialized .

This is not my first experience of such poor service and quality and now I have reached the point where no further business will be placed with this group of ********* companies.
