Poor Service always.

This is the 3rd time i order something and they dont deliver it on time or the estimated time. I ordered Mc Donalds at 2pm and at 4pm i get a email saying something went wrong. I contact them to ask whats wrong. All they sat is there isnt what i ordered. But 2 hours later? And why must i always contact you guys, waste my airtime when you at fault. If there isnt an item I ordered cant you email me or call me. Not get an email saying something went wrong. And cintact me soon as my kids were waiting on their Mc Donalds. This always happens. I speak to the team leader and all he says is sorry. 3 times and all you can say is sorry. I told you learn to contact the customer with the right information and soon so that they can make other alternatives.
