Poor service absolutely gutted

I wish I could give zero stars. I am totally disgusted by this service. I ordered Sharing meal number 4 from steers on the app. It’s 2 king steer burgers with a large chips. What I got when my order came was 4 small beef burgers with nothing but tomato and sauce on and 2 small chips that is so badly burned and brown I through it away. I am so disappointed. I’m pregnant and was really looking forward to my sink my teeth in that king steer burger.. this is a complete waste of money. It’s not like I got the food for free. I need this to be resolved this is not the end of this!
