Poor service

Extremely poor delivery I order food via their app chicken licken and i couldn't go collect on the very same day, i went next day. only to find out that i must contact Mr Delivery they wont b e able to help me. guess what happened after that, i called mrdelivery, only to be told that they wont be able refund me cause i didn't go and collect the order theres nothing they can do on their side.
