Poor service

Incompotent people working for Mr Delivery.

Now the second time i had made use of Mr Delivery ordering from Mc Donalds, again, orderered a toy for a girl, when i received my deliveyr, the toy were not included.

i had contact Mc Donalds and Mr Delivery. Mc donalds said, please ask Mr Delivery to come pick up the toy, as from their records they toy were included in the meal box.

first lady called, she will make contact with the driver, never heard from her, then later on received a mail, o we sorry for your inconvenience cost here is a 15 voucher, it is the service fee they charge, it does not make up for the cost, i would have paid 24 for the burger but i paid for the meal R58, huge difference. i have send mails afterward with now reply.

thinking that giving a voucher for R15, fix the problem it does not fix the problem.

clearly the drivers are *****ing, or they do not check that the orders they pick up are incomplete, someone needs to take responsibility. if Mr delivery want to offer this kind of a service, then they need to man up.
