Poor service

I had placed an order on the app for a barcelos meal to the value of R285 and the meal came with 5 out of 8 pieces of chicken and was missing the drink that was a part of the deal, to make things worse there was also a bone from the chicken that was eaten clean, I tried to contact Mr d foods and they give me a coupon of R100 that doesn't work and when I ask about the rest of the balance for the food they say that the food was delivered to us and they just compensating for the missing items as well as the inconvenience.... In the midst of the covid 19 pandemic how do we trust the integrity of the food when it was clearly handled on the way here..... We spend alot of money on the food when they are adding to the price and pay for the delivery so it's very unfair to be treated in this manor
