Poor service

I am not happy about the service at all. Food came cold and I don't own a microwave to warm it up as it is broken. My Food Shows it was collected at 17:54 but arrived to me 18:50 and mind you I stay 5 min away from the mall. Now they want to apologise to me with R30.. Lol. Please guys I want my refund of R254. 08 that I spent. I want my money guys please
