Poor service

service I've ordered chicken on Mr D and when I get to the shop they refused to give me my food,they telling me the are closed and also they closed the tills.

I have paid my order and it was accepted on Mr D but didn't get the food,the collection time was 19:22 and I was there at 19:25 the service was so poor they even refused to open the doors and talking to me through the window. And they have wasted my petrol...I want to be refunded my petrol money and I want my food.

I want my food I don't want voucher or money and my food must be delivered at my house. I am very upset with the service,if they were closed why it was accepted
