Poor service

Ordered food at Mr Delivery service and the delivery guy delivered the food at my workplace and instead of giving the securities my food because he can't go upstairs. He just stood there. To cut the story short, I went downstairs to take my food and I got there, asked the guy for my food and he just ignored me and went to his s****** and drove off. I called the call centre and there's nothing they can do?! That's nonsense, I want my food or my money.

I have heard stories like these about Mr Delivery but I just ignored since something like this have never happened before. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Contact me please.
