Poor service 😢

Placed an order with Mr delivery and it was accepted at 20h25 ETA 21h17 at 21h25 I called the McDonald's and was advised no riders available to call MrD which j did and at 21h27 the lady advised she can't cancel Mt order and made an excuse to call the restaurant and she never came back to me at 21h47 i called again Nicole didn't want to listen to me but only her voice my food arrived at 22h09 cold and damaged
