POOR SERVICE

I placed an order at 15:44 with expected delivery time of 16:24. I lodged a complaint on the app at 16:44 as they stated to wait an extra 20 min. The issue wasn't resolved until 17:09 with NO communication from Mr Delivery as they clearly state on their app that they will contact you if there is a delay. The service was horrible and the assistance even worse. They were unwilling to aid in finding a solution, or allow me to cancel my order.
