Poor service

ordered food using Mr. delivery i don't like to use cash so i do all payments on the app including tip which has to be done in advance.

only for the driver to deliver food short and have to go back and fetch it. i complained on the app but no one has got back to me then the food was absolute garbage almost 700 rands worth. i have had enough of poor service this is not the first time either that this has happened but i thought maybe isolated incident will be the last time i use Mr D or mcdonalds when the competition is so much i rather take my business else where deleted the app and moving on
