Poor service

<p>The previous order I made via the app, was very carelessly delivered by the driver. Ordered a curry, however all the gravy had spilt into the packet. Today, I gave them another shot. My card was debited, however the app said "restaurant did not respond". And that was it, no further communication from Mr Delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>i then phoned it because the app is clearly useless, only to be told I have to reorder, and that money would be refunded in 3 days. I sincerely hope the refund goes through this week as I am in no mood to deal with my delivery! Never again!</p>
