Poor Service

<p>I am very displeased and ****ed off with Mr Delivery, not only is their app not the most user friendly but the service that they offer is disgusting, I ordered twice from them this evening they deducted my money twice and I still don't have food! They cancelled my order without even consulting with me first to check for alternative options but they just cancelled it and now I'm in the lurch! The consultant only says sorry no remorse, not sincere nothing, really, really ****ed off. I don't even know when the money will be reversed cause I can't get any answers cause their so dense!!</p>
