Poor service

You have lost me as a customer. Your service is weak and poor you cannot deal with issues pertaining your company. How can I not get a refund for the uncollected delivery. You cannot even change your order details. I ordered to collect by mistake, when I realised the mistake I tried calling Mr D and they could not assist. My money was gone
