Poor service

My food was delivered, spilled all over the Mr Delivery bag. The driver said he will take it back to the restaurant and bring me new food. I phoned the restaurant an hour later and they informed me that the driver never took the food back. The restaurant spoke to Mr Delivery head office and they informed them that they will not send another driver. This is absolutely unacceptable.
