Poor service

Mr deliver SA , thank you for you poor service , an order was placed thru your app at 12:17 today , according to your tracking feature it was due to be delivered at 13:02 it is now 13:45 and the order hasn’t even been collected from the restaurant, I am now locking up my office , and no one will be available to accept the order as it apparently takes 2 hours for a delivery
