Poor service

I placed and order on the app and had to wait 45 mins for my delivery which is located about 3-4 kilometers where it needs to be delivered. 45 mins later i get a call that says my order has been cancelled. I did not cancel my order when asked why they adv my delivery was given to wrong driver, i asked why cant the wrong driver then deliver my food they could not answer.
