Poor Service

Yesterday I got an SMS stating that they tried to contact me, although I got no calls yesterday from them. in the SMS it stated that I should call their call centre. I called 3 times and waited 10 min each time for an answer, before I hanged up. It is poor service, don't know why FNB uses MrD to do their deliveries because they give poor service.
