Poor service

I received a wrong burger on the order I had placed on 1 Apr 2021. the time I sent my complaint- 11:03 . The I had to send another email to follow up on my complaint at Apr 1, 2021, 12:56 Will I get assistance today about my incorrect order? Only to receive feedback the Apr 2, 2021, 12:43 requesting for pictures! Today when I do a follow up on my complaint I am told I can't be assisted cause there's no pictures.
