Poor Service

Im very disappointed with the service i received from Mr D Food. I ordered food on the app and chose the collect option from KFC Ellis Park Doornfontein however when i get there they say my order is not showing on the system and i had to wait for about 10min for it to reflect, after it reflected on their system they tell me i cant collect the food my self and the drivers from Mr D Food need to come and collect and deliver to me but the issue is on the app it gave me that option and i had to wait for about 40min foe this issue to be resolved and my family is hungry at that time so i had to tell them to go and buy food somewhere meanwhile this issue was being resolved...poor service from Mr D and KFC because i ended spending more and this is not fair on me as a customer...
