Poor response

Very poor response time after I reported *****ulent activity on my profile.. T A debit order went off my account, but the order had been canceled.. A promise that refund will be done in 3 days... Yet it's been a month and nobody had even bothered to contact me despite several attempts to bring the above to your attention
