Poor quality food by KFC / Chicken Licken etc

I'm really upset with restaurant's using Mr Delivery services to deliver poor quality food. These restaurants especially KFC and Chicken Licken are always delivering stale food. They are taking advantage because we as customers are ordering online and we can't send it back!!!!!. Then we Pizza places like Romans who also deliver poor quality and even toppled up boxes of pizza!!!!. I want the complaints division to address this to management. Send me an email!!!!
