Poor pathetic service from Mr Delivery

My Fiance accidentally chose the wrong saved address and chose our home address instead of her work address, which is like a 3 minute drive away from her work, we called mr delivery for them to tell us if its not within 500m they can't assist us????, i mean really what the hell is that?, so when they stuff up we must just accept it, but when we make a small mistake they cannot accomodate us, its pathetic from them, i will never use them again. and do not reccomend them at all.

so we get no food and no refund, basically donated money to a large business for free?!
