POOR PATHETIC CLIENT ETTIQUETTE

I've sent e - mails upon e - mails to them requesting that it be forwarded to the C.E.O. My e - mails has just fallen on blind eyes & deaf ears. I requested that their FOREEIGN drivers, that delivers in the Woodstock area be provided with training in CLIENT ETTIQUETTE as clearly they have none!!! All the "consultants" say that they have "FORWARDED IT TO THE "DRIVER MANAGEMENT" FOR ACTION"!!!!!
