Poor Mr. Delivery service

We placed an order from a restaurant @ 17:31. Order was accepted and said that we should receive delivery by 18:41. By 19:00 we still haven't received the order. When I phoned the restaurant they confirmed the order but that Mr. Delivery has canceled it. We did not receive any notification. It is truely unfair to the restaurant as they now have made the food. We went to collect it ourselves. Very very poor service
