Poor Mr Delivery

So i order Donuts for friends of mine. They needed to leave the house and i needed to cancel the order. So the stuff is paid for i donate it to the driver but its so hard to get the driver. He does not reply to message. Theres no number to call, or any option to stop the order. I don't want the money. Just don't want to waist peoples time. Please use drivers that can read messages and respond
