Poor management

On Saturday night we put in a order at Mr delivery from the fire place road house witch is about 5/6km away from where we stay. After an hour we started calling and tried to find out where our food was. After 2 hour the driver arrived and told us he ran out of petrol!! What I think is not my problem when he gave me my food he dropped it on the paving outside so I picked it up food was cold and now also dirty. I then contacted Mr delivery and they told me they will refund me my money in 3/5 working days!! So I told them the driver must refund me and they can give him the money back in 3/5 working days! Well after all this I got a call from a very rude man he claims to be the manager of Boksburg and told me to take the food or leave it with the driver as u know that by this time I was pretty ****ed off so I told him I am not wanting for my money I want it now as I was talking to him he put down the phone while I was talking to him. I tried calling him back 7 times he then sent me a message saying that he is recording all my calls and all my threats. This is the second time I have had this problem the staff at head office was very professional but the management needs a lot of training as they are rude and have no respect at all. I have deleted there app and will not recommended u use them
