Poor food quality

I have been getting poor quality food from Mr Delivery Kempton Park like I'm not paying for my food. The only apology I get is from Mr Delivery it shows they do not communicate with the food services. I have never once received an apology from the restaurants they provide services for. That is very poor service. I buy the food and end up having to throw away my food.
