Poor experience - Uber eats , would never

Poor experience , placed my order and waited over an hour for the order to be canceled. Had to contact the call centre twice as the 1st agent refused to answer the call and kept me on mute . The 2nd agent Gio at least answered the call and promptly refunded my money . Gio however failed to acknowledge my expression of dissatisfaction purely sighted driver SOP as the reason my order could not be fulfilled . The decent approach would have been to engage me as a customer before my order was canceled to notify me of the challenges and propose a solution before my family and I had to wait hungrily for food that would never come , but alas the customer journey was not their biggest concern .
