Poor delivery service

I have just received an sms saying they couldn't deliver my parcel as receipent refused delivery. Why didn't your driver call me because I am at work? I am trying to contact you but the phone is not answered? Delivery# ***2. No contact details for take alot pick up point in Midrand 16th I was going to go there myself and get my stuff!!! Poor service shame from your delivery guys or they don't have airtime?
