Poor delivery guys

The delivery guy tonight was questionable. I dont think he can read. He arrived at 19.30. I opened the gate. He took too long to walk 10 metres to the sliding door that is on a timer. I kept sending him messages asking him where he was. He eventually responded. I again asked him to go back to the gate and ring so I can open up. Not sure what he was doing... eventually he did what I asked and came up. From arrival to delivery... 12 mins. I am recovering from surgery and am on crutches so could not go downstairs to the gate. When he eventually came to the door I asked him what I am supposed to do with an ice cold burger that I paid good money for... he just stared at me! I have had excellent deliveries but my goodness... this guy! Please employ more South African that speak and understand English and can follow simple instructions. No apology! Microwaving a spur burger and chips and fries is not great ... is goes soggy. Please reverse his tip. He does not deserve. MR d you can do better!
