Poor Delivery for Mr D

I have ordered food at Mr D. On the 25th of July. The driver never contact me on delivery I tracked the driver but still no contact and all of a sudden the delivery was cancelled out of the blue and the money was deducted from my account still today they haven't refunded me. I called their contact centre but still they haven't refunded me on my order.
