Poor delivery and management of complaints

The driver was marked on the app that the order was collected at 18.40. He arrived at 19.14 and was for more than 30min. at the store while i was monitoring him for delivery of the food. I even asked him after 15min where he is and said he is on his way. Needles to say he arrived with cold Fried fish... And chips, prawn pops none of these suitable for reheating in a microwave. I tried with the air fryer which the over cooked the prawns to dried out rubber pieces and overcooked fish... Im so sick and tired of hearing your blameless feedback on how it is never your fault. You are getting paid to deal with this matter professionally. Let ser what bs story i will be spinned this time... Cant wait. This a time i will not remain silence... 🤫.
