POOR DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

Food was ordered and paid for from Panarottis Liberty. Mr Delivery collected the food from Panarotti's at 13:27. It is 16: 22 now and food has still not been delivered.

I tried to contact Mr D's customer line, you are asked to hold on. I have been holding on for about 30 minute's in total...no help from them. Very poor delivery and customer care service.
