Poor customer service regarding a complaint

I placed an order last week Friday (29 June) and I have yet to receive any response from you! I am rating you low because you clearly do not care about customer service.

I have no issue with the food being delivered to me, the lovely delivery was so helpful with delivery my food, we checked it together and then discovered my order is wrong.

This is not the first time that food is missing from my order when placing an order via MR Delivery with KFC Maitland (Cape Town).

It is highly frustrating that every time it is the same issue, and I honestly have had enough.

Please see all issues below, One chip's short from a zinger meal. I ordered 2 twisters and they were mixed up, The sweet chilli twister meal had to have extra sauce however there was no extra sauce and it was dry and something I would not give to anybody begging for food. The Hawaiian twister had the extra sauce!

I am completely and utterly annoyed, we pay exorbitant prices to receive this horrible service, I expect to be contacted with this regard.
